Shipping Information

AutoFly Superstore ships worldwide using DHL, & USPS. If your order contains multiple products, products may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times.

Product that is in stock usually ships within 24-48 hours.

Most orders will deliver in 2-3 business days. Please allow additional shipping days for out of stock or international orders.

"Free Shipping" applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Items Not Received

If tracking shows your order was delivered, but you have not received your order, please contact us. We will help you resolve this issue within 2-3 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package each order to prevent damage, but accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

• Call us within 72 hours of receiving damaged items.
• Take a photo of damaged items.
• Keep all packaging and packing material.
• Prepare the damaged products for pickup.
