Our policy lasts 45 days, except for Bed Covers. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please see below for our Return Policy for Bed Covers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start your return, contact us for a Return/Exchange Authorization
Once a Return Request has been authorized, a return label will be sent out. Package the item to be returned and apply the return label to send back.
Once the return label is received, you have 10 days to return the item. If there is still no active tracking information after 10 days, the label and Return Authorization will be cancelled and a new Return Authorization will have to be submitted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a standard 5-14 business days.
Items returned not due to a manufacture defect will receive a Refund less Shipping and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Unauthorized returned items are not subject to a Refund or Replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us for a return/exhange authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you did not receive a Return Authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Bed Covers Return Policy
Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in saleable condition that you (Which means without any damages, without any missing components, with original packaging). There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), due to any returned items that are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to shipping and/or manufacturer error.
We go to great lengths to ensure that the item shipped is undamaged and functional. As we have replacement parts for most items, certain damaged pieces due to shipping damages ( Most of our shipping comes with shipping insurance) or manufacture defected items ( All of our products also come with Manufacture defects warranty) will be replaced with replacement parts as first option. If replacement parts do not resolve the issue, a return for refunds ,exchanges or compensation will be used to resolve the issue.

Items that are not eligible for return or exchange
- Items that have been modified, misuse, painted, drilled or cut.
- Items out of the manufacturer's warranty and has past 30 days return period .
- Items without original packaging.
- OPENBOX item (Final sales item).
Even thought some Bed Covers can be DIY installation but we highly recommend professional installation. If you have fitment issue, please contact us before initiating a return or exchange so we can determine the best solution to your problem.
Return for refunds / Return for exchanges (If Applicable)

Restocking fees are charged for any items returned that are not the result of error on our or the manufacturer's part, mistakes and unauthorized by our company. We go to great lengths to assure that the item shipped is undamaged and functional .
If you receive a damaged product. the product is damaged, mainly caused by shipping. Please save and send us photos of the original packaging , and damage location of the product. Please DO NOT install your order if you receive it damaged or allow it to be installed, as we may not be able to replace damaged orders that have been installed on your vehicle.
Please contact us when you need assistance in resolving a damage claim. We want this to be as painless as possible. These situations do happen and we are experienced in resolving damage claims.
Wrong item was shipped or Missing parts of your shipment
Please contact us immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We will go over the situation with you and will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve your concerns.
Returns not due to Manufacturer Defects, Mistakes, or Shipping Damages
Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return product. A Restocking Fee will be charged. Restocking fee is 20% of the original product retail price (before any promotional codes / discounts are applied). Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. Additional charges will apply to customer on top of restocking fee if returned item is severely damaged and missing hardware. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance on the return packaging to protect yourself from shipping damages.
It is customer's responsibility to repackage all parts with care for all returns.
